House Made Hospitality in Sydney CBD is seeking a motivated Commis Chef / Chef de Partie for This Way Canteen and Apartment Room. This casual temporary entry-level role offers early starts and day shifts with weekends occasionally.

You'll work across two venues, focusing on breakfast and lunch service, preparing fresh, quality food, including pasta and sandwiches. The roster is Monday to Friday predominantly, with some weekend work.

Formación

Previous experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie.
Strong breakfast service experience is essential.
Experience preparing pasta and quality sandwiches is highly regarded.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to food quality.
Someone reliable, adaptable and happy to work across two venues.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider team.
