St Joseph's Catholic High School in Albion Park, NSW is seeking a Middle Leader to support the principal in implementing the school's vision and mission, and to contribute to faith growth and learning outcomes.

The successful applicant will teach in PD/H/PE, Religious Education, TAS, CAPA or Science, and provide pastoral and learning support for a selected year group, with a focus on building a positive learning culture and collaboration across staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to Catholic school mission.
• Strong pastoral and wellbeing approach.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead collaboratively.
• Experience addressing diverse student needs.

Responsabilités

• Teach one prescribed subject (PD/H/PE, Religion, TAS, CAPA or Science).
• Provide pastoral and learning support for the selected year group.
• Support school leadership in implementing vision and improvement plans.
• Coordinate and mentor staff within the middle-leader remit.
