Catholic Healthcare's George Mockler House Mona Vale is seeking a Catering Assistant to deliver high-quality meals and a caring dining experience for residents. You will contribute to a warm, supportive team while upholding food safety and service standards.

This permanent part-time role covers Friday PM, Saturday AM & Sunday PM with competitive pay and benefits. Join a values-based organisation serving the elderly with dignity.

Qualifications

• A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) desirable but not essential.
• Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
• Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
• NDIS and Police check clearance or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Catering team, you will be preparing high quality food and providing a great dining service to our residents to ensure a high quality of life.
