RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant at our Dubbo residential home. You will support the catering team and Head Chef to deliver high-quality meals and dining experiences for residents and visitors.

The role emphasizes compliance with Food Safety Standards, teamwork, and exceptional resident service in a supportive environment. Australian working rights are required, and police/NDIS checks are mandatory before starting.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in catering and hospitality or related work experience are beneficial.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Must have a valid Police Check or NDIS check prior to employment.
• Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the catering team and Head Chef to provide high-quality catering services for residents and visitors.
• Comply with Food Safety Standards.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment; dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen, equipment and dining areas.
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors.
• Serve residents meals and snacks ensuring that correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs.
• Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver a positive dining experience.
