Job summary

RSL LifeCare, Port Macquarie, seeks a Catering Assistant to support our residential care services. You will work with the catering team to provide high quality meals for residents and visitors, ensuring food safety and a clean dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Australian Working Rights; Police Check/NDIS check required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the catering team and Head Chef to deliver high quality catering for residents and visitors.
• Maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
• Serve meals and snacks to residents, ensuring dietary needs are met and accuracy of orders.
• Build strong teamwork to deliver a positive dining experience for residents.
