Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking a highly organised Category Coordinator to support category strategies, product launches, promotions, and supplier partnerships across our Merchandise team. You will help ensure seamless category plans, accurate data, and timely promotions, working with Inventory, Marketing, eCommerce, Retail Operations, and Finance to drive commercial outcomes for stores and customers.

Responsibilities

Support Category Managers with day-to-day coordination and administration of category plans and commercial initiatives.
Maintain accurate product, pricing, promotional, supplier, and master data across systems and online channels.
Coordinate new product launches, updates, and ensure online content is current.
Act as liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders across Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain and Retail Operations.
Coordinate end-to-end promotional activity and store communications.
Prepare and distribute sales, margin, inventory, pricing, and supplier performance reports.
