Job summary

GPC Asia Pacific (APAC) is seeking a proactive merchandise coordinator to support the Accessories & Events category. You will help coordinate collateral and catalogue schedules, ensuring promotions are executed accurately to drive sales growth.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. The role reports to a Merchandise Manager and involves cross-functional collaboration across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Category, merchandise or buying exposure
• Retail or FMCG experience desirable
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationships
• Well-developed Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• A love of data and ability to analyse information
• A keen eye for detail, and strong sense of logic

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the rollout of promotional campaigns across a range of marketing materials.
• Reviewing and proofing promotional content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Analysing and reviewing data to support decision-making.
• Preparing and presenting reports.
• Providing general administrative support related to the role and category.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
