Job summary

Care Pharmaceuticals seeks a Category Analytics Assistant to support the Head of Category ANZ and the wider team with accurate preparation, maintenance and interpretation of category, channel, shopper and customer data.

You will prepare and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards, track sales, market share and promotional performance, and assist with range reviews, customer meetings and forecasting inputs to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in category analytics, sales analytics or related role.
• Strong Excel capabilities with pivot tables, formulas and data cleaning.
• Proficient PowerPoint skills for concise, visuals-led presentations.
• Commitment to data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly category, channel and brand dashboards.
• Track sales, market share, distribution, rate of sale and promotional performance.
• Compile reports using market, customer, shopper and internal data sources.
• Support data governance, validation and quality checks across datasets.
• Summarise data into insights and actions for range reviews and business reviews.
• Build insight-led presentation materials for retailer meetings and reviews.
