Woolworths Group is seeking a detail-driven Marketing Project Manager to coordinate weekly catalogue production across our national Woolworths Supermarkets program. You’ll partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery of promotional materials in a fast-paced retail environment.

Based at Norwest, this fixed-term role runs through June 2027, with a genuine hybrid work model balancing in-office collaboration and focused remote work.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end briefing and production for weekly catalogue proofs.
• Drive timelines and workflows with internal teams and external agencies to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Suggest process improvements and provide insights for weekly advertising programs.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking documents for weekly collateral.
