This permanent full-time role offers a hybrid work model, collaboration across Marketing, Online, Replenishment and Store Operations, and opportunities to shape campaigns that impact customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver market-leading value by driving the end-to-end promotional lifecycle.
• Manage frequency, depth, funding, and phasing of promotions.
• Negotiate with external suppliers to secure investments and optimal executions.
• Analyse sales data and customer insights to ensure customer-led offers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Online, Replenishment and Store Ops to execute campaigns.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of offers across brochure spaces and in-store areas.
