OnTrack Sportswear in Rowville, Victoria, seeks a reliable Warehouse Assistant / Forklift Operator to join our hands-on team. You will handle receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, stock control and forklift duties, supporting the Warehouse Manager and the wider team in daily activities.

The role requires previous warehousing experience, forklift operating ability and a current Victorian Driver Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Prepare routine delivery paperwork and assist with courier and truck collections.
• Support stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities.
• Maintain an organised warehouse through pallet consolidation, appropriate stock storage and general housekeeping.
• Report stock discrepancies, freight issues, equipment faults and safety concerns promptly.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily priorities and workflow.

OnTrack Sportswear is looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Assistant / Forklift Operator to join our team in Rowville.

This is a hands-on role covering all key warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, stock control and forklift operation. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, provide practical support to the wider warehouse team and assist with coordinating daily warehouse activities when the Warehouse Manager is unavailable.

Key responsibilities

Receive, check, receipt and put away incoming stock accurately

Pick and pack student, Blanks, Essentials and other customer orders

Check products, cartons, labels and supporting documentation

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in warehousing, stores, picking, packing, receiving or dispatch

Forklift operating experience and a sound understanding of safe warehouse practices

A current Victorian Driver Licence

The physical capacity to safely perform a hands-on warehouse role

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing work accurately

Clear communication skills and a reliable, team-focused approach

The ability to follow priorities and keep work moving efficiently

Confidence providing practical support and direction when required

Experience using a warehouse, inventory or ERP system would be highly regarded. Experience with Körber WMS or Sage 300 (Accpac) would be an advantage but is not essential.
