Job summary

BrandLink Pty Ltd seeks dependable Forklift Operators for casual shifts in a modern 3PL warehouse in Sydney. You will handle picking, packing, loading and unloading, stock replenishment, and routine housekeeping while adhering to safety protocols. Experience with MHE is beneficial and a forklift licence is preferred but not essential.

• Previous experience in logistics or warehousing (3PL experience highly regarded).
• Tugger operation experience is ideal.
• A current forklift licence is highly favoured, though not essential.
• Strong work ethic with proactive and positive attitude.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for dependable and skilled Forklift Operators to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role

This hands-on role will see you working in a modern 3PL warehouse environment where no two days are the same. Duties include:

• Picking and packing orders to meet daily targets
• Loading/unloading trucks and containers
• General warehouse duties, including housekeeping and stock replenishment
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace
• Operating MHE for stock movement throughout the warehouse (experience is ideal)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for team players who take pride in their work and understand the demands of logistics. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in logistics or warehousing (3PL experience highly regarded)
• Tugger operation experience - this is ideal
• A current forklift licence - highly favoured, though not essential
• Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle repetitive tasks safely
