Job summary

Wells Mitre 10 Latrobe is seeking a Casual Trade and Retail Team Member to join their team in Latrobe, TAS. The role is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

You will assist customers, process sales at the POS, handle enquiries, and ensure the front of store is neat and well-stocked. A strong team spirit and good communication are essential for success.

The Opportunity

Wells Mitre 10 Latrobe is seeking an outgoing individual to join the team as a Casual Trade and Retail Team Member

This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. Working with various team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships

This role is majority a Monday – Friday opportunity with the occasional Saturday when required

What You Will Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting customers at the front counter


• Processing sales through our POS system


• Answering phone enquiries and helping with click-and-collect orders


• Keeping the front-of-store area neat, organised, and well-stocked


• Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver excellent customer service

What You Will Bring

• Proficient in computer skills with a keen attention to detail


• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal


• Team-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude


• Passionate about delivery exceptional customer service


• Forklift licence preferred but not essential
