Job summary

Core Projects, a certified B-Corp property specialist in Victoria, is seeking a Sales Associate (Casual) to support the Estate Manager through the customer journey from enquiry to settlement. The role involves on-site sales activities, providing information on estates, and assisting with leads alongside the sales team.

You'll work days that vary, including weekends, with on-the-job training and a collaborative team culture focused on positive community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in property and development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work weekdays and weekends.
• Ideally has or is working towards a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support the Estate Manager to ensure a great customer journey from enquiry through to settlement.
• Participate in on-site sales activities.
• Assist with follow up and processing of leads and with general sales related admin/customer service.
