Job summary
VICPROP Ferntree Gully is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support our sales team and work closely with our Sales Director. You will assist with property listings, marketing materials, and client communications, while supporting prospecting activities and coordinating appointments.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment. A valid Agent’s Representative Certificate is required.

- Previous experience in real estate, sales or administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Assist with property listings, marketing materials and client communications.
- Support prospecting activities, including identifying potential vendors and buyers and assisting with follow-up and lead generation.
- Coordinate appointments, open for inspections and other sales-related activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers and other stakeholders to help ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team and assist with building and maintaining client relationships.
