Capri Holdings, home to Jimmy Choo, is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant for the Jimmy Choo David Jones Elizabeth St store. This role suits a fashion-forward retail professional who thrives in luxury environments and loves delivering memorable client experiences.

You will report to the Store Manager and help drive sales, build client relationships, and bring the Jimmy Choo brand to life daily. Ideal candidates have previous retail experience in luxury settings, strong communication, and a genuine

• An understanding of luxury or specialty retail environments, including sales, clienteling, visual merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable luxury shopping experiences.
• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs and targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Grow the client database and actively support appointment bookings and clienteling initiatives.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the boutique reflects Jimmy Choo's world-class standards.
• Support daily store operations, including stock management and inventory counts.
• Maintain a premium store environment that reflects the luxury Jimmy Choo brand.
• This is a casual position; however, we are seeking someone available to work approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• Mandatory availability: Thursday to Sunday

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and bringing the Jimmy Choo brand to life every day.
