Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse for the Sutherland facility to cover AM, PM and Night shifts. You will conduct comprehensive resident assessments, develop and monitor care plans, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

We value strong clinical judgement, effective communication, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining person-centred care and dignity for residents.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Experience in residential aged care is desirable.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of medication management and clinical documentation.
• Understanding of aged care quality standards and relevant legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out initial and ongoing assessment, planning, and management of nursing care for residents.
• Develop personal care plans to meet residents’ individual needs and monitor changes.
• Participate in quarterly care plan evaluations or more frequently as needed.
• Ensure documentation for quality care is prepared, maintained, and up to date.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of all ACFI claims.
