As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, and promote residents' emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Assisting residents with personal care including showering
• Supporting residents with meals
• Contributing to care planning with registered staff
• Documenting care and services provided to residents
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities
