Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with a disability in professional or life-experience contexts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of disability, daily living and community participation needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage participants in community activities as part of individual plans.
• Assist participation in events and access to transport.
• Support learning to use public transport and explore work placements.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver person-centred supports.
