Job summary

WISE Employment is seeking Casual Support Workers to deliver NDIS services across the Melbourne South Eastern Suburbs region, including Pakenham, Narre Warren, Dandenong and Cranbourne. You will engage participants with their plans and goals, help them access community opportunities and learn to use public transport.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with a disability in any setting.
• Understanding of disability and its impact on daily living and social participation.
• Experience supporting participants to achieve individualised plans and goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify resources and use them to support participants.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a small team.
• Demonstrates empathy, compassion and integrity.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and own transport.
