Job summary

Engadine Medical & Allied Health Group is seeking a warm and friendly casual Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact and support daily reception operations. Key duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments through Tyro, and liaising with health care professionals.

The role is 12–14 hours per week, with flexibility for leave cover. Ideal candidates have a medical background, are reliable, punctual, and able to work well

• Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft desired

Responsibilities

• Medical and general reception duties
• Greet patients warmly on arrival
• Schedule, reschedule and manage appointments using our practice software
• Process payments through Tyro
• Liaise professionally with all health care professionals
