Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Dapto practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to health care professionals.

The role involves greeting patients, collecting and entering data, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks. We value persona—professional, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
• Detail-orientated.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
• Neat and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
• Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling appointments (when required).
• Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
• Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
