Job summary

Health & Co is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join Bourke Street Clinic. You will be a key team member, providing high quality customer service and supporting healthcare professionals within a busy front desk environment.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting and entering data, scheduling appointments when required, answering calls and handling general admin tasks. Uniform provided with benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
• Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling appointments (when required).
• Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
• Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
