Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Bundaberg is seeking a casual Agitator Driver to join our concrete production team. You will operate modern trucks, deliver high-quality concrete to customers, and work 4–8 hours per day with weekend shifts when needed.

Applicants should hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence, have a Construction White Card, pass a pre-employment medical, and bring a safety-first mindset with good people skills. A 10-day training program accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• HR licence (Heavy Rigid) is preferred.
• Construction White Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Safety-first mindset with strong people skills.
• Pass pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality concrete to customers with modern trucks.
• Operate trucks with safety tech, route mapping, and load tracking.
• Interact with customers at delivery sites on a daily basis.
• Keep the truck clean and present daily activity records.
