Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Casual Agitator Driver to operate modern agitator trucks from our Bundaberg Concrete Plant and deliver concrete to customers. You’ll work with a safety-first mindset and engage with a diverse client base.

Expect 4–8 hours daily with Saturday shifts when required. Training spans 10 days to ensure you’re up to speed on routes, equipment, and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HR licence with prior driving experience (preferred).
• Possess a Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one before starting.
• Strong safety-first mindset and good people skills.
• Pride in vehicle presentation and ability to pass pre-employment medical tests.

• Deliver high-quality concrete to customers, operating modern agitator trucks.
• Maintain clean, well-presented trucks and follow safety protocols.
