Job summary

Wintringham is seeking a flexible Housing and Homelessness Case Worker to support older people experiencing homelessness across metro Melbourne in a casual capacity. You will deliver person-centred case management, advocacy, and service coordination to help clients maintain housing and access supports.

Qualifications

First Aid certificate Level 2 is required.
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence is required.
Experience in intensive case management or homelessness services.
Strong knowledge of housing/homelessness sector and policies.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred case management and support using evidence-based approaches.
Develop individual support plans with clients to improve independence and wellbeing.
Facilitate access to housing, health, and support services through advocacy and referrals.
Maintain client records, respond to feedback and complaints, ensure privacy and duty of care.
Contribute to high-quality, culturally safe service delivery.
