Job summary

Hearing Australia in Victoria is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our onsite team at Bell Post Hill and Werribee hearing centres. You’ll greet clients, attend counter and phone enquiries, and help with reception and general administration tasks, including booking appointments and processing claims.

You’ll support clinicians by identifying client needs, demonstrating use of hearing aids, and liaising with diverse clients, including children and adults with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in proactively solving client issues and owning tasks.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with mobile apps.
• Motivated by helping diverse clients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and attend counter and phone enquiries
• Cover reception and manage administration: bookings, claims, data entry, reports
• Liaise with clients including children and adults with complex needs
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
• Assist clinicians by identifying needs and demonstrating device use
