Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join Swan Bay Holidays. You’ll keep outdoor spaces tidy and welcoming for guests, performing mowing, pruning, planting and basic repairs across the park to meet high standards.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll coordinate small contractor work, conduct WHS checks and ensure safe use of tools and equipment. A current C class manual driver’s licence and hands-on maintenance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance and outdoor space care.
• Ability to operate common tools and equipment safely.
• Strong safety mindset and PPE awareness.

Responsibilities

• Mow, prune, plant and maintain outdoor areas to keep the park welcoming.
• Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site including accommodation and pool areas.
• Coordinate contractor work and help manage grounds maintenance budgets.
