Job summary

Ingenia Communities is hiring a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer for Merry Beach Holidays in New South Wales. You will report to the Park Manager and keep the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming for guests.

Core duties include pruning, mowing, debris clearance, basic repairs, and responding to maintenance requests. Applicants should possess grounds maintenance experience and a valid C class driver license.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance and site upkeep.
• Valid C class driver license required.
• Ability to perform manual, outdoor tasks in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garden areas including pruning, weeding, fertilising and mulching.
• Keep grounds clean and safe; manage debris and pool areas where applicable.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance on tools, lighting, fencing, and fixtures.
• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests and log activities.
• Support site presentation and security by reporting damages.
