Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our Bonny Hills Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll help keep the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming for guests and residents.

Based at Bonny Hills, the role involves maintaining outdoor spaces, performing repairs, coordinating contractor work, and upholding WHS and PPE standards while delivering high service levels in a laid‑back coastal community.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance.
• Current C Class manual driver's licence.
• Ability to respond calmly in emergencies and work with a team.
• Commitment to safety, PPE use and safe handling of tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control.
• Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation and pool areas.
• Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets.
• Conduct WHS checks and document maintenance activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with team, respond to resident queries and support a positive workplace culture.
