Qualifications

• Experience in front office, reception or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests from check-in to check-out, delivering warm, personalised service.
• Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Front Office team to ensure smooth arrivals, stays and departures.
