Job summary

Ermington Hotel in Sydney's inner west is seeking casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our friendly team. You will greet and serve customers, mix and pour drinks, and help keep the bar area welcoming and tidy.

Prior hospitality experience is valued, but training is available for the right person. Applicants must hold NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG, have flexible weekend availability, and enjoy delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG certifications required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality, pubs or clubs experience preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate if needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ermington Hotel is the heart of the local scene. Whether you're popping in after work, catching up with mates on the weekend, or watching the big game live, you'll find a relaxed atmosphere and cold drinks on tap. Our bar is a welcoming space for everyone: a proper local where first-timers quickly feel like regulars, and regulars feel right at home.

We are currently looking for hospitality team members who love food and beverage, deliver great customer service and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. Prior experience in food & beverage service is desirable, however not essential, though you do need to hold current NSW RA, RCG and ARCG.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Keeping the bar area clean and well organised
• Following all relevant licensing laws and regulations tags properly, missing here. I need to correct -->

What we're looking for

• A current, valid NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG
• Strong customer service skills and a fun, outgoing personality
• Flexible availability, as shifts vary from week to week
• Cocktail-making ability and general alcohol knowledge
• 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, pubs or clubs (highly regarded, but we're happy to train the right person)
