Job summary

Bathurst RSL Club is seeking Casual Food & Beverage staff to provide memorable dining experiences across its bars, cafés and function spaces. You may take bar orders one minute, then prepare café coffees and serve meals the next, thriving in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Candidates must be 18+ and well presented with a friendly disposition.

RSA & RCG are essential; ARCG is a bonus. Availability for days, nights, weekends and split shifts is required; experience with touch screen POS

Due to continued growth, we’re accepting applications for Casual Food & Beverage staff to provide our patrons with memorable dining experiences and attentive people to showcase their bar skills. You must be able to fit our service culture by thriving in a busy work environment as you could be taking bar orders one minute, to preparing café coffees and serving meals the next.

The Food and Beverage team provides amazing customer service across multiple food outlets, bars and a variety of function spaces. The active team takes a ‘hands-on approach’ to creating customer loyalty whilst staying on top of service and food requirements to create memorable experiences.Applicants that will standout are those that are professionally presented, passionate about great service, and genuinely enjoy working with people..To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

18 Years of age.

Well, presented, with a positive, friendly disposition, a welcoming smile, and a service focused attitude.

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced, at times, pressure driven environment.

Availability is essential as the successful applicant must be willing and

readily available to work days, nights, split shifts and weekends.

RSA & RCG is essential for this position. Advanced ARCG will be beneficial.

Previous experience in the following areas such as touch screen POS,

Barista, or Keno services will be beneficial.

$34.96 $41.96 $48.95 $69.93
