Job summary

Legends Global at Cairns Convention Centre seeks a Casual Events Services Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service during conferences, exhibitions, and live events. You will be the main client contact on-site, coordinate with departments, and support smooth event operations while providing friendly, professional service.

Rostered hours vary weekly to meet event requirements; you'll work weekends and evenings as needed, gaining hands-on experience across diverse events in a world-class

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Love events and working with people?

Join our Event Services team and help bring conferences, exhibitions, and live events to life. You'll deliver exceptional customer service and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the main contact for clients during events, answering questions and helping with requests to ensure events run smoothly.
