Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Tamworth is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres and children across shifts, delivering safe, engaging early learning experiences and fostering inclusive practice.

You will join a supportive team, complete induction and training, and benefit from above award wages, casual leave loading, and access to Fitness Passport.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability between Monday–Friday, 7am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
