Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator in Queensland to support multiple centres as needed, joining a collaborative team and contributing to enriching programs for children.

You will supervise children, maintain a safe environment, and foster strong relationships with families while adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies. A flexible Monday–Friday schedule and a valid QLD Working with Children Check are essential.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification required.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check required.
• Willing to travel between local services and have flexible hours between Monday–Friday, 6:15am–6:15pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
