Job summary

Goodstart Broadmeadow is seeking a casual Educator to join our team in NSW. You’ll support early learning programs, supervise children, and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment. Casual shifts provide variety and opportunities to experience multiple centres.

We value safety, teamwork, and ongoing professional development. You’ll need to be available 7:00am–6:00pm during weekdays and commit to quality learning experiences for children and families.

Qualifications

• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).
• Flexible availability for casual shifts.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
• Engage and supervise the children at all times
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm
Pay: $36.65 to $39.91 Plus Casual Loading
