Goodstart Early Learning – Lennox Head NSW is seeking a Casual Educator to join our flexible team. Work hours are Monday to Friday with competitive hourly pay and superannuation. You will contribute to the educational program, support safety and inclusivity, and collaborate with a friendly head office team.

Casual employment offers the chance to try different centres, adapt to varying schedules, and grow within a welcoming early learning network.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Pay: $44.35 - $48.29 per hour + super
