Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in WA is looking for Casual Educators. You can choose your hours and where you work, with shifts Mon-Fri from 6.00am to 6.30pm, and you’ll be paid up to $48.29 per hour plus Superannuation and benefits.

As a Casual Educator, you’ll support the education program, supervise children, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment across centres as needed. ACECQA qualifications and a WA Working with Children Check are required, and travel between local services may

• ACE CQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to travel between local services and flexible availability Mon-Fri 6am–6:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engage and supervise the children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Support adherence to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
• Participate in reflective practice and continuous improvement.
