Job summary

Goodstart Horningsea Park is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres and children across local services in NSW. You will join a flexible, team-oriented environment, working with children to deliver enriching learning experiences as needed.

Significant emphasis on safety, inclusion, and positive relationships with families is essential. You may travel between local services and work Monday–Friday with your chosen hours.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) in NSW/STATE.
• Willingness to travel between local services and flexible availability Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
