Job summary

Goodstart Green Point is seeking a Casual Educator to join our Green Point centre in NSW. You’ll provide flexible, team‑oriented support across our centres, helping deliver enriching learning experiences and safe, inclusive environments for children and families.

You’ll work casual shifts Monday to Friday, enjoy above‑award wages with casual loading, and have access to training, pathways, and support from a dedicated head office team.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Role: Casual Educator

Location: Green Point – postcode 2251– NSW

Centre: Goodstart Green Point

Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm

Pay: $36.65 to $39.91 Plus Casual Loading
