Job summary

Goodstart Moree, part of Goodstart Early Learning, is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team in Moree, NSW. You will support our centres and children, working flexible hours and across sites as needed, while upholding safety and inclusive learning practices.

Qualifications

• Flexible, team‑oriented educator ready to support centres and children.
• Commitment to safety and inclusivity for enriching learning experiences.
• Must have or obtain a valid Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Pay: $44.35 - $48.29 per hour + super
