Job summary

Goodstart Meadow Springs is hiring a Casual Educator to support the education program in the room and across the centre, with shifts Monday to Friday between 6.00am and 6.30pm at Meadow Springs WA. The role offers a competitive casual rate up to $48.29 per hour plus superannuation and benefits.

You will work with ACECQA approved early childhood qualifications, WA Working with Children Check, and be willing to travel between local services while maintaining flexibility.

Qualifications

• Holding ACECQA approved early childhood qualification is required.
• Current Western Australia Working with Children Check is required.
• Willingness to travel between other local services and flexible availability 6am–6:30pm, Monday–Friday.

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
