Job summary

Goodstart Bertram is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team in Bertram, WA. Shifts are casual, Monday to Friday, between 6.00am and 6.30pm, with pay up to AUD 48.29 per hour plus superannuation and benefits.

This role offers flexibility to try different centres and pathways within Goodstart. You will support our centres and children with a safety‑moc and inclusive approach, contributing to learning programs and fostering relationships with families.

Qualifications

• ACEQA approved early childhood qualification is required.
• Ability to travel between local services as needed.
• Flexible availability Monday to Friday between 6am and 6.30pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
