Job summary

SARAH & SEBASTIAN is seeking a Casual Dispatch Assistant to support timely order processing and shipping for online customers and 12 retail stores. Based at our Head Office in Alexandria, you will ensure accurate pick-and-pack, manage courier bookings, and maintain stock integrity.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in a similar role, familiarity with AusPost and DHL, basic Excel, CIN7 and Shopify Plus, and strong attention to detail. This casual role offers 20–30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a similar role.
• Experience with AusPost, DHL, and international freight, basic Excel knowledge, CIN7 and Shopify Plus is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and Pack online and retail orders with accurate packing and dispatch.
• Manage parcel readiness, book couriers and complete paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
• Keep warehouse tidy, restock packing stations, and improve storage areas.
• Assist with stock transfers, cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow OHS policies, report risks and implement recycling practices.
• Support other departments and suggest process improvements during low-order periods.
