Job summary

The City of Ballarat is seeking casual Customer Experience Officers to join the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a warm, professional experience and helping customers with memberships, programs and services.

We are looking for friendly, motivated people who thrive in a busy environment, can work across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, and communicate clearly while using computer systems to assist visitors.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a customer facing and fast paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to learn new software and use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries, memberships, programs and services.
• Provide a welcoming, professional and enjoyable experience from arrival.
