Job summary

Cumberland City Council is seeking a Casual Customer Service Officer for its Aquatic Centres. The role is based at the council's swim facilities and may involve travel across worksites.

You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and bookings, delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment. Applicants must hold a WWCC and HLTAID011 First Aid, and demonstrate teamwork, strong communication, and time management.

Qualifications

• WWCC is required.
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organisational ability.
• Experience dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
• Experience in database management and report writing.
