Job summary

Link-Force Au is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team on a casual basis based in Regional Sydney NSW. The role focuses on safe crane operations and supporting construction sites with precise lifts and adherence to safety standards.

You will perform pre-operation checks, communicate with ground personnel, and maintain accurate records while enjoying ongoing work opportunities across diverse projects. Accommodation and a daily living-away-from-home allowance are on offer.

Qualifications

• Current and valid High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) for crane operation in New South Wales.
• Experience operating mobile or tower cranes in construction environments.
• Knowledge of load charts and safe lifting practices.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in challenging site conditions.
• First Aid certification and CPR skills.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and safety legislation.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Physical fitness for demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely to lift and position materials on sites.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with ground crew and site supervisors for lifts.
• Adhere to health, safety, Australian Standards and site protocols.
• Record crane operations, loads, and incidents.
• Set up and secure cranes per job requirements.
• Monitor weather and site conditions for operations.
• Identify hazards and report safety concerns to management.
