Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or formal Chef training.
• Experience in preparing nutritionally adequate meals for elderly residents.
• Experience with food safety and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stock control, food orders, and costing for an efficient kitchen operation.
• Plan and prepare meals for residents and events within the village.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental policies and privacy requirements.
