Flexibility for morning and afternoon shifts across days of the week is essential. Prior experience in aged care or healthcare is valued, with HACCP and food safety knowledge supporting safe kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen; aged care or healthcare background valued.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work flexible morning and afternoon shifts across days of the week.

Responsibilities
